The goal of transformational leadership is to grow leaders to transform their world. Leadership is influence, nothing more, nothing less. While it is true that people have varying levels of influence, it is also true that we all have SOME degree of influence. In order to maximize your influence you must be intentional to develop your leadership skills.
That’s where we come in. The John Maxwell Leadership Foundation works in communities to bring together people from all the major streams of influence – business, government, education, healthcare, sports, arts and entertainment, and the faith-community to work towards common goals that would make the community better.
Dr. John C. Maxwell provides values-based leadership lessons in the form of Transformation Tables that are done in a peer-to-peer setting. The lessons cover subjects decided upon by the local community and are applicable both personally and professionally.
The John Maxwell Leadership Foundation has used these Transformation Tables extensively and has seen phenomenal results in businesses and organizations internationally. Participants learn about leadership in a Transformation Tables setting, but they practice what they are learning in their normal 9-5 environment. Participants share with each other the challenges and the wins experienced as a result of being intentional to live out leadership values.
